The Baltimore Page
In late October we went to Baltimore to visit my daughter (who turned 30 on October 23rd) and her husband Mike and the grandkids, Malarie and Jacob. Deb's 30th birthday present was a string of pearls that my mom had given to Lorri, and new pearl earrings that Lorri and I purchased to match the string. On the evening we arrived, Deb modeled the pearls for us. The guy in the New Orleans Saints shirt is Mike.
Here are some shots taken the next day at a place out god-knows-where kind of near Rocks State Park. Jacob is the little guy in yellow and Malarie must be the other kid. Yeah, that's right. I'm pretty sure.
Here are the pumpkin carvers hard at work and, at right, the pumpkins themselves hard at work.
The above extremely exciting photos were taken on our side trip to Annapolis, home of the US Navel Academy. We didn't see any Navels but we had a nice lunch and bought some stuff.
For Halloween, Jake dressed as Tony Hawk, the world famous skateboarder, and Malarie dressed as a genie. Mike dressed as a dead guy in black and I dressed as an almost dead guy in black. The guy on the couch is not really a guy. It's just pillows stuffed inside a costume and Debbie's head inside the mask. Don't ask.
