We've invested in a house on Matoaka Court in the City of Williamsburg, just west of the campus of the College of William and Mary

This is a shot before we had a new roof and gutters installed and a couple shots taken while they were putting on the new roof.

The kitchen. Note the original cabinets on the left and newer on the right. The kitchen will be gutted and re-done. At the far end of the kitchen is a laundry room which will house a stackable w/d.

The second and third photos show the wet bar area. In the third photo the door on the left leads to the basement and the one on the right is a pantry. The new powder room will be in the area where I'm standing in the third photo - the area off the wet bar toward the back of the house.

This is the master bath. It will be gutted and re-done. We're planning on new tile, including a tiled shower - no tub - in a traditional black and white motif.
