We celebrated the New Year with Steve and Lynn at a beautiful condo in downtown San Diego, near Little Italy. The condo belongs to Lynn's bosses, and they gave her the use of it for the weekend. So, Lynn invited us and we went!

The condo is on the seventh floor in the right tower of the two that you can see to the right side of the left photo. The view was out over the Bay and the Cruise Ship terminal.

This is the view looking toward Downtown and the view as the cruise ship, "Monarch of the Seas" starts to leave port.

We headed out to Little Italy, just a short walk away.

We started at the Indigo Grill and then headed to Fillipi's for pizza and Chianti! We needed to line our bellies with some good hearty fare. 

Later we went to a place called the Waterfront (we think) which wasn't on the water, according to the best of our memories. We ended up back at the condo playing Texas hold 'em until midnight when the Bay lit up with a great fireworks display! Then we went beddy-bye.

We had a great time and that wrapped it up for 2006. Happy New Year!!!!
