Debbie Days

As soon as we dropped the kids off at the airport, we started celebrating. No, just kidding, it was a sad and tearful separation. No, just kidding again, it was sad but I didn't see any tears. I think the kids were anxious to get back to their home turf and we were anxious to go have some champagne.

Saturday night we went to Del Mar to see our friend Sarah who is a bartender to Pacifica Del Mar and our friend Brianna who is a bartender at Sbicca. That's Brianna in the middle background in the photo on the left.

On Sunday we went for a long walk up Neptune, hit the Farmer's Market on the way back, made Mojitos and took them to the beach concert where we ran into AJ & Marcia and saw some young guy named Lee Coulter who is very talented and put on a good show.

I don't know why I don't have more photos. These were taken near Swami's. We had a great time with Deb, talking, walking, "appetizer hopping" in the Village (Via Italia, Luxus, Beachside, Vigiluci's), lunch at Poseidon on the beach, etc. I guess I was having so much fun I forgot to take photos.
