Ka'anapali & Kapalua

Up Kahana & Lahaina Ka'anapali & Kapalua Off to Kauai! Tubing The Luau Ziplining Kauai Scenes

The next morning we drove north a little way to Kapalua. We parked and walked along the golf course down to the ocean.

That's me, Dru and Edith to the left, the golf course and beach in the middle and Lorri on the rocks on the right.

Ka'anapali

For lunch we headed back down the coast to Ka'anapali. We had a good lunch at the Rusty Harpoon and then did some exploring, spending some time at the Whalers Museum learning about what a fun time they had and how luxurious the living conditions were aboard a whaling ship.

Here we are at the Hula Grill where Dru and I tried to ditch the girls but they found us.

A couple shots along the beach walk at Ka'anapali...

This was the sunset that night taken from the condo balcony.

Wailea

On Friday, we drove (I should say Dru drove the magic Magnum) down to Wailea in search of the Native Hawaiian Craft Market at the Wailea Marriott.

Here are Dru and Edith selecting scrimshaw pieces at said market. We had a nice poolside lunch there at the Marriott and then strolled along the beach a bit.
