Of course the first thing we had to do was go look at the beach. We headed down Vulcan, west on E St, then across to D St.

At the end of D Street you can look down from atop the bluff to the sand and waves 40 or 50 feet below. You can also walk down the stairs there to get to the beach which is what we did.

Of course, one thing lead to another and before you knew it, the kids were in the water!
