A Walk on the Beach, Encinitas, CA
OK, so we have to drive three miles to get to the beach now since we moved, but when the weather is good and the tide is out what better way to spend an afternoon. Well, besides sitting in a nice sidewalk cafe sipping wine relaxing and watching the passersby.
Actually, this is Solana Beach so we had to drive more than three miles, maybe 5 or 6.
Oceanside Harbor
We were lucky enough to spend a peaceful Saturday afternoon sitting on a friend of a friend's sailboat (the best kind of sailboat) and enjoy a bit of wine and grub with some good friends. This is not the sailboat. This one was across the channel from us.
Happiness, Nirvana, people have all sorts of great names for their boats. Money pit is another. I think I could afford the one on the right.
Oceanside Harbor is where we were. It had a Soothing Effect upon us.

Growy Stuff
I grew some lettuces and other stuff this Spring. They were good eatin'. 'Nuff said.
