Wednesday, July 30, 2003. No visit to San Diego is complete without visiting the Zoo!

Zoo day! We got up early and headed to the world-famous San Diego Zoo where we started off by taking the bus tour of the park. We sat on the open upper deck and learned a little about the animals and layout of the Zoo. Afterward we walked around and took the aerial tram, the “Skyfari” from one side to the other. Jake’s favorite animal was the 20 foot long albino anaconda.

Here we are at the end of the day in front of the Zoo. We were too excited to take a photo in the morning before we entered the gates.
